Honestly how does time fly so fast! It’s crazy to think that I’ve already been in this program for almost 2 weeks. But today I had 2 clases both related to Spains history.
Below you’ll find a little bit about both of my classes still held at CIEE
Spain today – Politics and society
Honestly today still being a day 1 for this class we did the typical college class stuff, reviewing the overall material that’ll be covered, understanding grating, etc…
But for once I think ill be able to enjoy history a little more as this class seems to take a different perspective on learning about Spanish society throughout the past couple of centuries
Nothing else to really say about this class so far, so we’ll see how it ends up going.
Spain through art
Honestly this seemed like an interesting course, until I found out that I was going to have to write a final essay of 10 pages in length in Spanish!!!! Like how is that even going to happen, I can barely write 10 pages in English, let alone Spanish! otherwise though this course seems pretty reasonable.
We’ll get a chance to tour a few art museums along with some physical ruins that were used for protection against attacks… I can’t fully confirm this though.
Other than the above there’s not much else to note about this class for now, but we’ll see as time goes on if it seems reasonable for myself.
It’s only day one after all!!
