I think that so far the best part about being abroad is the trips, at least with my CIEE program!
Yesterday I managed to go to a Bunker that was actively used during the Spanish civil war!! And it was pretty cool, both literally, and in the events and every gin learned about the use of it.
Honestly love the way that we can put the things we’ve learned into perspective with existing structures and the like.
Its also Tuesday, and I’ve made it to UPF although wit aa few hiccups, first managed to run myself into some glass after ordering my lunch, then got here and got off at the correct spot and metro exit, but I made a few wrong turns and almost didn’t make it here!! Clearly things have gone a little better as I’m now typing this out but still not a great start yet!
